Hmmm... Why is that a fantasy? Does your idea of "piggy" include life-threatening, or at least potentially lifestyle-altering, consequences? You seem willing to take the risk, but what result are you expecting -- to be infected and live your life that way, or to somehow cheat the odds and get the thrill as a bonus?
I think if both parties are honest and consent to what happens then there's nothing "wrong" ethically. But I doubt one great, fantasy fuck is worth a lifetime of negative health change as a result of it. Think of the best fuck you've ever had.
